If an item does not meet your expectations, you may return it for a full refund or exchange within one year of the purchase date.

Return Process

  Prepare Your Package

  Place the items you wish to return in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the products are in clean, unused condition.

  Include Documentation

  Complete the return/exchange form located on the back of your original packing slip and place it inside the box to ensure accurate processing.

• 3.
  Apply Shipping Label

  Use the pre-addressed SmartLabel included in your original shipment or create your own shipping label to send the package back to our distribution center.

• 4.
  Ship and Track

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking number until your refund or exchange has been fully processed.
